Good information. I have used only ayuverdic products for many years now.. I can't imagine using anything else. I do pray over my hair and God has guided me faithfully. Even thou at times, I didn't think he was going to answer my prayers. Thru his grace my hair is thriving. God created every strain of hair on my head. Who knows my hair better than him? He answers our prayers in HIS TIME NOT OURS. I also know that the tongue is a very powerful tool use it wisely.

I do the same thing. I talk to God every day about many things, one of which is my hair. It has been two years this February, and I have seen the growth. I also talk to my hair and body as the lady said, and it works. I refuse to fuss with my hair. I refuse to buy expensive products for my hair or body. I eat healthy, exercise and give thanks. I use blue magic in my hair and coffee massage in the scalp. Thanks for sharing your journey to healthy hair, body, and total well-being. Everything your saying I've recently develop these habits I do it for my whole body not just hair it's true life spiritual I make sure what I eat I can also apply on my skin and treat it like a Plant I too speak to my hair and body lovely even cut my hair short to start being conscious of what I put on it natural has everthing we need Ps. use only olive oil/ avocado oil in your diet the other oils gives u inflammation especially sunflower oil u Wil taste difference in your food
