I first heard about Auntie Jackie's on RUclips and it was browsing years ago and everytime my mom saw a special she'd stock up on my behalf especially the conditioner and sealant from the orange range, the purple range that's the mouse and hair jel curl la la and lastly the yellow shampoo....from Afrobotanics I only use their super growth cream and amina deep conditioner.....from Masodi Organics it's their all in one hair oil....Auntie Jackie's, Afrobotanics and Masodi are the only brands I prefer for just one deep conditioner, shampoo oil and sealant

Aunt Jackie products are good, love Oh So Quench leave in, best leave in I've ever used. I seal with afriberry mango shea butter, very affordable and all natural.I now only moisturise twice a week. Maybe I'll try seal it up one day.
Oh yeah I heard people are loving that one, I should try it next. I’m currently using the knot on my watch leave in / detangler. This butter is definitely worth the try 😍 I’m definitely going to research that butter as well, I really value an all natural product. My then bf introduced me to a "friend" of his. Her hair was juuuuuuust amazing! I asked her what she was using and she told me Aunt Jackie ".... I wanted to hop onto the entire range. 😆 ....but then I thought to myself; can't I DIY the most important products? Haven't gotten around to it.... Anyways....totally unrelated; turns out that the "friend" was someone he had cheated on me with ....crazy that he thought she and I would be friends..... I appreciate the brand plug though, no doubt

Yes not all of them are bad but wow! I’m sorry you went through that. We have all had our fair share of drama from them, just glad that we know better now 🥺 I really loved Aunt Jackie products they have some beautiful ingredients in them but now my problems is the questionable / controversial ingredients that they use. Which is why I have no choice but to make my own. You were right by wanting to make your own DIY products, honestly. I’ll definitely be sharing my experience making a better butter hopefully 🤞🏾
