    That’s very true, hair is much easier for manipulate than when it’s protected

    So how long should you keep your protective style on

      2 to 3 months

      Personally I prefer 1 to 3 months but this is something that you should determine for yourself, some people can only do 2 weeks max whilst others can even go 6 months.
      Have fun, experiment and see what works best for you. For kinkier hair types keeping your hairstyle for 1 month or more (whilst you take care of it) can bring a lot of positive results, especially with a little extensions as possible. What protective styles do you usually do on your hair?
