“I’m glad you said it’s in our genes to grow long hair!!! 💪🏾 and if not we’re doing something wrong” (that part) I will add black soap to my wash routine and expose my hair to sun and cold less. Also a healthy diet of adding lots fruits and vegetables and staying hydrated along with daily scalp massages helps as well! Thanks so much for sharing this video 😊

I went natural after being relaxed for soo long , but my hair in it’s natural state was really time consuming and frustrating, so I went back to relaxers , I’ve learnt a lot over the years and I probably relax my hair twice for the most a year, as soon as I have a lot of growth I braid my hair and keep it in for a while , my hair has gotten soo much thicker and longer and I love it .

I am on my natural hair journey for the first time in my life for the last 13 months and my hair was feeling like straw coming off of a lifetime of using relaxers until I started using these products and now my hair feels so healthy, smooth wonderful to the touch. I will have to see what it does for hair growth since I only just started using these products about a week ago. Thank you, though, for the tips.

Thank you for the secrets and helpful tips. Most Everyone's hair, regardless of race, pretty much grows at the same rate each day and month. Given each individual's standard of health, choices of products used in the hair, and environmental conditions, the quality of each person's hair may differ. Certain conditions, of course, may lead to weak, dry, and brittle hair that gives the illusion the hair is not growing when in fact it is. Hair is dead. The body is alive. Strong and healthy hair starts from within. Keeping the body hydrated, eating plenty of good nutrients through fruits and vegetables, extra moisturizing, low manipulation, and gentle protective styling allow dryer and brittle hair to maintain a lot of length. Be extra gentle with the ends. They need the most protection.

I eat vegetables, fruits and drink water try to follow all steps and my hair is under arm length and hasn’t grown pass my under arm and I’ve been trying since 2013 as a natural!! I have research this and our hair grows the slowest has something to do with the shape oval in our scalp but you can research it yourself! Asians has the fastest growing hair!, I’m not saying our hair don’t grow but don’t say it’s what you eat although what you eat does help but other races don’t have to have an oily head or eat perfect or massage head and so on and so fourth those are just facts!!!

I use castor oil in my DIY black soap for hair body and face.
I infuse castor oil in my hair care regiment including in my leave in conditioner by Shea Moisture company.

Hi, I have a very short hair, and my hair don't grow long, they tend to grow fast but not in a long length. I can't really braid my hair cause my hair is naturally long (I tried making my hair grow past my shoulders, but I can't, it's something I have accepted because of my health) so, I do Bantu knots for my short hair instead of braids. Ok, so use African black soap instead tea tree shampoo? like skip your normal shampoo for African black soap?
