You can also drink the okra water by adding a squeeze of lemon juice for flavour. It’s great for digestion and feminine health

Hey hun, I’ve been thinking about trying flaxseed gel as well. I think that they’re quite similar. I highly advise natural to try organic gels at least once, whichever they choose because the experience is something else 👌🏾
