Fixed my FT-200 this way. Lost the original spring while changing the battery and was resigned to losing the sound. Taking apart a spring-bar is a clever fix. Thanks so much.

The alarm lasting only 10 seconds makes this watch pointless. I literally bought this to wake my up at my gfs house and 10 seconds will never wake me up. Odd choice to limit it to 10 seconds.

Is there a way to adjust display contrast? The contrast on my 3299 is not set so the time zone is clearly seen. The active time zone is barely visible.

Does anybody know what to do when there is a small signal "in the distance"? I even switched the spring with the reedition with the same watch, but there was no sound at all (my spring worked at the new watch just fine). Maybe something is dirty, I don't know (definitelly doesn't look like it). Anybody?

Tm-100 is the coolest of this 10 in my opinion, love for the reason i love the calculator watches, its 2 pieces of tech practically merged together to make a sick looking watch

I have this watch too but the rarest 'the third eye' version. Last one I saw on Ebay was like £300. Mine also says C E O on the case back in a strange logo, along with casio. anyone know why?

friendly reminder that whenever your watch stops "beeping" it might just be that (after disassembling it) you just put the back cover upside down! (who knew that tiny round metal sticker was actually the speaker and had to make contact with the spring? NOT ME!) ps: this video saved me from spending money on a stupid mistake, thanks a lot!

I’m not sure it’s original. I have the F87w, exactly the same and it is not Made in Thailand and doesn’t have this green color light coming from the lates F91w. Something anachronical is not told here...

How does this DB have a chome finish? I thought they only made resin ones. I have an origina DB-520

Thanks 4 your video 🙂 at 12:31 Where you open the J-52 its is seen, that there is no "Rubber Conductive" inserts to activate the two front buttons. I have a SW-110, with similar case and frame, witch is not working, And I suspected that I have lost the inserts, but looking at your video, is seems there are non installed. Also you are not installing any "conductive things" when putting the watch back together at 22:45. I have tested min out of the case, and they work, but its as if they do not reach the contact when pressing. Any thoughts, with your expertise?

I was looking at vintage catalogs and i think it's one of the best looking resin model. I wish casio had an official online database with good pictures of all models ever made. The F-700 and W-28 (with the blue outline) among other also grabbed my attention. They should re-make them ("Made in japan") and make money :)

I inherited a Casio 95QS-31 from my father and changed the battery successfully. Unfortunately I cannot close the backcap. Are there any additional clips necessary? I have found only two springs. Can I close the cap just with a closing tool ? Thank You for help.
