I've started experimenting with this back in 2012. And like you say in the description, there really is no reason why anyone should try this, it's not not practical as the material isn't strong enough and can't be kept for a few days. It's a waste of energy input to heat and freeze the bowl. It's fun to maybe try it once, but only as an educational tool maybe. I did get better results from extracting caseine from milk, but even in that case it's really hard to let it hold shape.
