    How large of a range of motion should I do? I’m 5’4 and the weights were doing 8-10 inches of motion is that fine?

      proper form is to start straight legged then bend knee to 90 degree angle then push back to straight leg. the machine will have a diagram showing the proper form to use.

      Get your wrists and forearms stronger. Mobility is key if you are getting injured in a specific area often.

      That's a perfectly fine position, his back is in contact with the padding, putting your head back is an unnatural position and will add nothing.

      machine are designed for people of "standard" size. you might want to use barbells and dumbells instead, as the machines won't be effective for you and you can get injured.

Only downsides are that the right oeddale unscrews itself while I use it and increasing the tension causes it to squeak while in use. Both are minor issues that aren't that important to me. So I give it 5 stars.

      Level of cable is around mid chest, but you can always experiment with higher or lower positions to find the sweet spot that works for you. You don't need to be far away from the cable stand, just far enough so that when you are performing the exercise the weights do not touch until you are done with the exercise and have let go of the cable in your hands.

    That was a very basic instruction. That angle of leg press attacks the glutes the most. Different foot positioning for placing emphasis on different part of the legs.
