  • Day 15: Side Hovers
    Complete 4 sets of 30sec Side Hovers with a 20sec breather between sets - this will be your workout for challenge #15
    If 30sec is too much, scale back to 15 - 20sec and build up overtime. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs
    - Keep your feet on the floor at all times
    - Pull top elbow back in line with your shoulder
    - Drop to one knee if your lower back begins to hurt.
