Complete 4 sets of 30sec Combos with a 20sec breather between sets - this will be your workout for challenge #19

- In the Hollow, Keep your lower back on the floor
- In the Crunch, tuck your whole body up as high as you can
- Reduce to a Crunch and a Hollow with feet on the floor if your back begins to hurt
