  • Day 8: Side Climbers
    Complete as many reps as you can in 1 minute - this will be your score for challenge #8.
    For example: if you complete 20 reps in the minute, your score is 20. Keep adding your score every day until the end of the month. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs
    - Keep your shoulders over your wrists
    - Bring your knees as close as you can to the outside of your elbows
    - When returning to plank, be careful not to arch your back
