    Complete 4 sets of 30sec Climbs with a 20sec breather between sets - this will be your workout for challenge #24
    If 30sec is too much, scale back to 15 - 20sec and build up over time. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs

    - Look toward your hands
