    Complete 100 reps as fast as you can - this will be your score for challenge #23.
    For example: if you complete 100 in 3:45sec, your score is 345. Keep adding your score every day until the end of the month. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs
    - Keep your lower back on the floor
    - Tuck into a tight ball
    - If your lower back starts to get sore, keep your feet on the floor and just crunch the upper body
