Complete 4 sets of 30sec Shoulder Taps with a 20sec breather between sets - this will be your workout for challenge #18
If 30sec is too much, scale back to 15 - 20sec and build up over time. Don't forget to share your score via the hashtag #GL30dayabs
- Keep your shoulders over your wrists
- Minimise rotation through your core and shoulders
- If your movement is uncontrolled or your lower back hurts, drop to your knees
