I really like your videos but there is one thing that bothers me. When you refer to us - your audience - as “you guys”. I’m sorry, but it sounds so disrespectful and flippant.

IF this bread wrap needs to breathe, will the melty layer act like plastic sheet and defeat the breathing quality?

To those who need or want to be better organized... start with one area and keep it nice then another section as well as having specific location for particular items yet atart with something you can mainain and over time will be easier.-- resource that has helped me is clutterbug organization quiz and found what works for the individual and can create your own tailored solutions. I just went through most of my scraps and it took a while. Sorting by sizes and colors, ironed, folded and placed neatly in clear shoeboxes like a store.... it as mades life much easier... i used clear shoe boxes for separation and to see all i have. It takes times to upkeep yet its not perfect, just part of working in a smaller space as well as for me seeing what i have and it being easy to access i am more likely to use.

Must admit i have been old school as well..but this quilt is lovely i have never been a big fan of scrappy or even catheral / stained glass. Think you have converted me. Love your work ❤

How do you get all the whites to line up like that?

I like pressing to one side. Better for hurting the seams with other seams .

Hi Sandy! I'm new to your channel! Merry belated Christmas! This was great I have a bunch of scraps that I can use up now.

My favorite scrap buster! I cut most all of my scraps into either 2.5 x 4.5 blocks or 2.0 x 3.5 blocks. I use these as leader/enders, as well.

You have turned the bag right side out, rather than inside out. I enjoy your videos & joyous personality.

I have made several of these quilts. I made one for my father in law and he died a few years ago, but my mother in law sent it back to us a few months ago. I had forgotten how much I liked it. My husband keeps moving it around the house, but I like it when he leaves it for a while in t he living room and I get to look at it for a few days and it makes me happy to see it. Those kinds of quilts are terrific. I prefer making scrapy quilts than quilts that are all planned out with specific fabric.

Don’t throw away your scraps, even keep the off cut cotton threads and use them for stuffing toys or jointed bears.

That's in interesting thing. A drawstring bag for your bread. We don't do this, well, maybe we should! I love this idea. I just might be the only one in the supermarket with a fancy bread carrier.
