GBO2, Zeta Gundam vs Atlas, a new dawn approaches!
GBO2 gameplay featuring the Zeta gundam on the mass driver facility map. The Zeta hasn't been touched up and has once again fallen behind in the meta. This is largely due to the mid range shooting, instant stun economy, build stun speed, bulk and Stun resistance of generals at the cost all having outpaced it. Whilst in Bio sensor now at 50% HP the suit has access to some neat melee damage potential and rounded out bulk, with added stun resist for it's TF ram attack runs. However it's style of gameplay can be inflexible by comparison and requires the suit focus in on a singular enemy suit to make up for it's lack of MA since it uses it's TF to close gaps safely. This suit became one of my new favorite suits to use for 450-500 as its dps is honestly great now and I love the design tbh. With a good build it could probably do well 550-600 but smart play will be required
the lvl 4 arm beam gun has insane scaling with potential for 1k+ per shot, however what hurts the lvl 4 is modern bulk parts builds. I've gone into lots of matches where i've sacrificed everything for a ranged damage build but it only gets me comparable damage or sometimes worse than the lvl 1 at a cost where suits have much more HP and weapons than the unit 4. Doing well in the higher lvls is not only hoping that you can outposition your opponents with a suit which has significantly worse mobility (being below average for 400 let alone 450, let alone 600), but also that they fail to take advantage of modern bulk builds. I've had funny moments in the lvl 4 pre buff before of course; but it's about the most inescapable gacha of them all, matchmaker gacha.

You barely use active guard when you could, it would let you do more if used at the right moment
when you're lagging active guard locking you into it's reaction animation is no longer going frame neutral but bleeds frames. In this match I was at zero bars, sure there where a couple moments where if i knew what was coming it would have been useful, but the skill loses a lot of utility for lagtypes. Adapting to latency is key for maintaining rank, and not going insane in this game :P
It's still solid, but I'd like it to get BR buff, and maybe extra range to the spot gun.
Now while this video is solid proof that Unit 4 is perfect and needs no buffs. I wouldn’t say no to it getting overload like unit 5 is getting overfeed
me personally, would prefer some hyper beam rifle buffs, especially if goog rifles are finally getting touched up

It looks amazing...appreciate the video. Hover suits always throw me off, but still my fave to use. Hopefully usable in space. I like those downswings.
BB decided to make the hover very little stick, but it can mess with long range shooting, especially the stop to fire on the high mega. And yes whilst it's usable in space, the lack of space comp and the use of it's TF mode with low turn speed as it's safest way of engaging does leave it with some hang ups. BB has talked recently that they're just not gonna pay attention to space statistics for game balance anymore :(

i've use them on occasion, but 400-500 are costs where many of my favorite suits are, and they require some thoughtfulness to team comp and map selection that makes it a bit rare
