  • GBO2 gameplay featuring the Himo TItans galbeta on the resort map. In an age where all supports are on the chopping block of the X1 it has become more important to position to avoid being targeted by them. To this end a support with high mobility does wonders. Of course the Galbeta himo is still slower than gens at cost, but with forced injectors and 190 HSM it is capable of more than it's contemporaries in the right scenarios. This works well with the hazel rifles charged shot, granting the suit high powered instances of burst damage with combinations of weapons before quickly repositioning or even pursuing to add pressure for the team. The suit is hurt by it's lack of balancers when not in space, since it would be nice to make more use of beam saber, though it's DS is just that of the marine gelgoog rather than the high speed DS of other galbaldy types. In this match i totally forgot to use the napalm missiles which do have utility in a few scenarios including dealing damage past active guard like on the X1. Of course it doesn't deal much damage but every bit can count. We were fortunate enough to get a team that cohered often enough that we could use our mobility to flank or press the enemy to our advantage and ended up with a solid 1st place win despite the 500 meta being so anti support MS. I do think the suit could use buffs, like balancers, speeding up the swap to the smart gun to actually make it a real combo with the rifle stun, as well as bumping the shield missiles reload and projectile performance to match that of the general types. They could buff the napalm missiles performance as well, but they've always been treated as something to hold the suit over whilst it deals with it's reload times, something that the suit usually spends boosting to reposition instead.
