I have tried this about 30 times. I think Vectorizer AI changed something when they went off beta. My JPG files comes out as a solid block. In my objects window, I only see one object.

When I import any svg, I only get the outline(Sides) and no bottom. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for this video. I've watched lots of youtube videos on using svg files with BambuLab printers, and was one of the features that encouraged me to buy my A1. I received the printer, and printed a few files yesterday, and was going to try out the use of svg's from Inkscape today. Luckily I found your video first! So it saved me hours of frustration trying to copy videos using the old version of Bambu Studio. Thanks again ... subscribed!

What about shaping the Ms. Kitty, just as you did, but THEN separating from the ball and printing separately. Once done, CA glue it to the face. I'm very new, but watching, learing and a lot of thinking, "What IF's?". Is there a reason that can't work? I feel bad for those who see the, "Just press print", and buy a printer. There's a HUGE learning curve!! Even with Bambu!

It would be nice to be able to use the ‘filament menu’ to do the swap, but this does seem to work. I have an AMS but I didn’t want an unnecessary waste of a purge tower and just wanted 2 colors starting at a certain point.

Where does the print-head go when the 'pause' code is executed?

Not sure what changed - Bambu Studio won't let you select "Surface and Horizontal" at the same time - it only toggles between 1 of the selections now... Can't believe they haven't added a simple/deform/curve option....

Great intro for horizontal/flat printing. Any suggestions/tips for debossing on a vertical surface, single colour? (Think printing the four vertical faces of a cube with the same logo/text) Thanks!

If parta of my prints are not showing when I slice, I’m guessing because it’s too think, I would need to increase the infill?

Quite pathetic of the Bambu team that the only fix is to install an old version. I just came across your lightbox video from a year ago and was disappointed that I could not replicate the steps you took within Bambu Studio - so thank you for this follow up, Ashley!

I don't know if things have changed since this video was posted over a year ago, but I'm able to do all of this without having to change the text to a Modifier. It can wrap around and change colors as a Part. Is there any other difference or benefit to changing it to a Modifier?

They fastest way that I have found to do it is to take the layer Hight of your print (example 0.2mm) and just make the text 0.2mm thick and 0.2mm embedded. You then have flush text on the bottom that is only 1 layer thick, adjust the thickness if you want more.

How do you make the bottom layer where the picture lays a little thicker? Im running into the issues of the picture cracking due to how thin it is.
