I love, and agree with, your feelings on the console with controller. I didn't like their water mechanic before when you had to have the overpriced filter for the dew collector, but now it seems to work well. A couple of dew collectors and a cooking pot solves the water. Easy enough to get in the first few days. It will be nice to see how you use the minibike for looting. It seems to open things up a bit. Nice little "mini horde night" as an extra. Great episode. Thank you for keeping this one going for us few.

I have heard people complain about the jars being gone but I have no experience with them. I didn't pick up 7 days for the first time until shortly before 1.0 experimental came out.

So Im unknowingly doing this challenge LOL. Im on Day 42, Completed jobs with Rekt, Jen, Bob and Hugh.. Now It wont let me go further.. I got the completion rewards but theres no opening trade routes quest. Do you know if thats broken?

I got into the habit of breaking down EVERY vehicle. The bits you get make it worth it, eventually. I really like the progress in this series. Stay the course, please.

Definitely prefer steering with left stick and look with right. So much easier and better to control

i'm wondering what I can do with my bonus point. I might give clubs a go on the next run... with screamers showing up if I even think about shooting ANY weapon i've been using melee a lot more I usually go mostly guns (and bows for sneaky) once I get good firearms in game well except with stun baton I just keep using that...every single thing you can do seems to attract screamers which is fine usually it's just extra zombies to give you XP but later when they are all radiated and ferals and they catch you in a building it gets a little hairy and shooting them calls more screamers .... water has never ben a problem for me well it is harder to get water boiling in 1.0 because cooking pots use to be 90 dukes you could buy it on day one if you didn't find one by night fall now they cost 600 i think which is good ads a little bit of difficulty but it still isn't a problem really and I almost never make glue I find enough and buy batches form traders enough to keep me going crafting wise every once in awhile I need a few bits

If u press R3 you can use the left stick to move and the right stick to look… and if you press again the R3 comeback to do everything with the right stick… Beware the steering with the left stick it’s super sensitive… ✌🏼

I hate that roaming zombies seem to have giga feral sense while you’re in a poi. Can be crouched and looting something right next to a sleeping zombie in a poi and a zombie in the wasteland hears you, runs over and starts beating at the walls of the poi

Much prefer the left thumbstick as well.

Motorcycle for downtown, 4x4 for the wasteland, helicopter for getting to that bastard trader at the other end of the map looking for more solar cells. The wasteland is a pain for every other vehicle because of all the random trash on the ground. Gyro can't take off again after landing. Motorcycle gets stuck every 5 feet. 4x4 eats it up

I still forget that infested lootbox harvesting trick.

Wall of Balls is very nice 😁 Jen providing meds when you needed was great. Long distance quests can definitely be a right pain, but do add to the atmosphere.

Don't even think you got the main loot in the first POI (which was sitting on top of the other resources). 😁

My whole base collapsed today and I broke my legs. 😜 I rage quitt for today. Time to start over again.

I'm loving this series! I just finished re-watching your undead legacy series. I can't wait for a alpha 21 overhaul mod play through.

my layer cake run is probably gonna be a bust there isn't a wasteland after my winter Biome its back on the far side of the forest Biome. I didn't notice it on the generated preview...and I don't think even if i ignore the rule about going back through the other biomes to get back there i would only be able to make one run with the time constraints moving house. I might call it after I finish Winter or give it a think. I saw bits of wasteland on my forest map going after a buried supplies it was like the bits of desert or winter that appear sometimes out of place so I stayed away form that area not wanting to accidentally go into a patch of wasteland but apparently it was probably the border area Transitioning into wasteland...maybe when i'm done in the snow I'll just take what i can run all the way back through the other biomes not stopping to get to the wasteland.

You are so relaxed... I like that. Try as I might, I get all balled up the nearer I get to hoard nights.

I am still loving the controller challenge series on console. I'm glad you made the editing choice to leave in riding the bike into your own pit. It was funny. You seem to be moving along quickly, I always learn so much about the game play when watching you. I was away for a few days on business so you get a couple comments in a row from my binge watching to play catch-up. Great episode, thank you.

epic vid, tho wished u showed how/where to get the seating mod... so far, all ive heard its t5 loot and that dosnt make sense for the minibike that u usally get befor a t5 quest

The baseball bat is such an improvement over the club, it seems.

An easy one for 1st. Horde is also just a 3x3x3 and then make a a trench 3-4 blocks away all the way around that is 4-5 blocks deep and fill it up with spikes not just 1 row of spikes but really fill it up.

yeah i crash into any hole I dig unless I cover it... I even crash into them and smash the block and fall in when I do cover them...if I have plenty of wood I just upgrade them if I remember to that is

Yeah man, on My current Knuckles play through I have not done 1 quest for the traders. No point really and most of the rewards just suck. I really like the freedom of choosing my own POI's and doing them. I still use the trader though to buy/sell. I'm certain people will totally disagree with this and I'm ok with it. Those rewards for doing the Challenges are fantastic.

Theres a mod i dl for bats, called AC bats.. lets you weild an aluminum bat and various aesthethics + power thats better than steel. Highly recommend if you do bat builds playthrough

There is a hidden box up above @8:40 where you bop Arlene. Above the window, you have to frame up to reach. Allistair's Cabin. I don't remember what kind of box it is though.

day 25 at my all default game. went in to the wasteland with my minibike and found last trader. He had crucible!! had to spend all my duke's but now I can make steel so end game begin! I made S-tier outfit, all lvl 6 and steel club lvl 6. now I'm just having fun

I love my spear. I was using it in alpha 20, the last time I played and I made it to end game content.

In my experience 150% xp is just not remarkably harder and feels a lot more like Alpha 12 or so, a level or 2 more likely a day if you are working hard. Hordes are manageable as rewards tend to scale as well.

How do you get the scaffolding ladder to turn sideways on Console? I play Xbox and it just goes around in a circle
