the last point on intellect need 3 points and you get 3 free point with intellect chip.. you can spec those free point on mining skill and have mining hat + strength chip + another cigar..

Yep that certainly works. I've already specced fully into intellect though so using my mods to boost strength now

It is almost too easy... I am moving to the winter biome so that it gets harder. I have my level 6 baton, and two level 6 turrets and just walking through Tier 5 POIs like they are noob territory. LOL
