Their grassfed beef (ground and patties) hotdogs, and pasture raised eggs are good. They also have a good organic half and half and i love the organic coffee. Also has great bacon option.

Its great to hear people getting off the obesity diet and switch to a carnivore diet. trust me i worked for Medicare. your wallet and body with thank you in the end 80% of the women on Medicare are overweight or obese. and they are suffering

Is there a reason why you just salt your meat and not use any other seasonings? Do you eat any hard cheeses? Do you eat any other meat like chicken thighs or is carnivore just beef only? Sorry for all the questions just getting a little mixed up with ppl doing dirty keto/carnivore or others having coffee with heavy cream and chicken.

Tacos snack: Egg white wraps, homemade shredded chicken, bacon, salsa verde, sour cream, tomato…this is my cheat meal. Egg white wraps are good on the Forman for quesadillas too! Delicious cheat and not so bad that you gain.

I don't think our metabolism slows down in our 30s. I think our bodies just give up trying because we've been feeding them crap and frankinfood for 30 years. The only thing we've found at costco that is truly carnivore and not full of additives is the meat and/or dairy department. You have to make your own snacks. Side note, those carnitas have maltodextrin in them. Not good. We check the ingredient list every time even for items we buy regularly because they change over time. Especially when the company is bought up by big food.

I find local supermarkets, not chain one's, have far better prices. I bought 2 lovely Porterhouse for 4.99/lb. Ground sirloin was only 3.99 and nice fatty pork chops were 1.99 No I did not buy sirloin, I buy hamburger. Just giving a price.

I just did my Costco haul today for the next month of meat. I bought a whole strip loin, giving me 14 steaks and some cutoff buts to have for breakfast; two large chuck roasts, a whole lamb leg (made 4 steaks and some stew meat - boneless); a dozen country ribs, 14 mild Italian links, and 12 polish sausage (100% grass fed beef). $239 total cost.

That isn't grass fed beef is it? I was under the impression that it had to specifically say grass fed and grass finished otherwise it's not.

In my mind the temptation only last three minutes. If I make it three minutes the temptation goes away. If I need a snack I keep cold cooked bacon in the fridge.

Hey brother, just make your own snacks... Like jerky or bacon crisps.

I feel like I’m getting motivated by you and not just lectured about life. I’m 64 I don’t need direction in life, I just need to see other’s successes on carnivore

nothing wrong with spices on Carnivore if they don't bother you then season your food!!!! Specially spice capsaicin boosts metabolism!!!!

Want you to know if your sole goal is to loose weight you can eat whatever you want on carnivore, just dont eat dairy. that will be the easiest road. I see lots of carnivores overeat protein where excess gets turned into sugar over a long period of time and they see weight gain on carnivore. Thats because your body needs an X amount of protein and above that thats when we see issues since excess is literally being transformed into sugar by gluconeogenisis. Many say you cant overeat protein but ive seen so many examples where the sole reason they are stalling is because they eat too much protein. 2g per lb of ideal body weight or 1g per cm of height that should be your max target the height one. then eat the rest with fat till satiety --> butter, beef fat trimmings etc.

I'm 67 and not overweight at 5'8" and 133 lbs. But I started leaning more towards meat since I have been listening to Dr. Berry talk about all the health benefits. So I watch all the different carnivore videos to see how many amazing results there are as a result of eating meat and eggs. Right now I'm mostly low carb, but lack the energy and have brain fog from a sweet tooth. I want to try carnivore, but my husband is hooked on fruit and sweets too. So, maybe one day.

Do you eat organs?

Tough cuts like chuck or top round are actually tender raw. Slice to make sashimi. Alternatively, it can be made into jerkey. That's a "hack" because tough cuts are cheaper.

Wow never would have thought aldi was so cheap compaired to the stores around here. I am looking at 40-60% more for the same cuts of beef in new hampshire!

Your Aldi is so quiet. Our’s is noisy with the register beeps on high volume & it gets disorganized from the high traffic. 😊 Those country style ribs from Aldi are good slow cooked in a crock pot for 5-8 hours on medium setting.

I have tried giving up coffee also… I used to use cream in it… not sugar… just cream… but now I drink it black… if I want it bad enough I will drink it black… it’s been almost a year and I love it just black… hot or iced… I just love it to much to let it go yet…☕️☕️☕️

Hey Jay here's a tip: you can go to the meat counter and ask for an entire chuck roll for around $4 a lbs and get like 70 lbs of chuck roll with various different steaks and ribs in there. You can have fun cutting it up and sealing it and prepping it. Loved watching your video!
