US General 30" 5-Drawer Tool Cart 2 Year Review

Hey all, since I've had this US General Mechanics cart for so long now, I figured I'd do a long term review of it. It's been a great tool box for me and I have no regrets buying it, especially for the price I got it for. The model is U.S. GENERAL 30 in., 5-Drawer Mechanics Cart, Yellow and the SKU is 70379. Hope you all enjoy. Thanks for watching.

Hey all, figured I'd make a video about the differences between my new US General 34" 6 drawer Full Bank tool box and my 30" 5 Drawer tool box or mechanics cart if you wanna call it that. SKU 57517 and 70380. These are some things I wish I would've known beforehand and hopefully you all will learn something from this video as well. Both are very well built carts at pretty different price points...
$27 Toyota Matrix Catback

Hey all, had a few people asking me to upload a sound clip of my $27 exhaust setup for my 2006 Toyota Matrix Base Manual 5 Speed. It's a 20" Thrush Glasspack from O'Reilly's that I got for $27 out the door. I welded it up myself using the Harbor Freight Easy Flux 125 Welder. I even used the original exhaust hangers off the old muffler. Sounds great IMO. Not overly loud, but just enough to make ...

Save Money, Use Your Car To Tow
Просмотров 8003 месяца назад
Hey all, a bit of a controversial topic, but you don't need a truck to haul a dirt bike, dual sport, ADV bike, ATV, or really anything in general as long as its within the tow capacity of your car. My Ram 1500 gets absolutely terrible gas mileage even unloaded, so that's why I tow my CRF450RL with my Toyota Matrix and get 30mpg doing it! You absolutely don't need a truck! I've done this with my...

Hey all, just wanted to share a build and first impressions video of my new-to-me 2022 Honda CRF450RL (same as CRF450L ). This build is focussed more towards woods riding and I'm a very big/tall guy at 6'7" 270lbs. Consider this a mini review. Full and long term review to come later after a few thousand miles. CRF450RL GET SX1 Tight Woods Riding | Does It Tractor Now?
Просмотров 1,2 тыс.4 месяца назад
Hey all, I got the GET SX1 ECU from Taco Moto (Tacomoto.co) to solve the flameout and snatchy throttle issues with my 2022 CRF450L. While yes, it absolutely turns the bike into a tractor and makes it so you don't even need a flywheel weight, my experience with this ECU is not without issues. I'll get into it in a later video about why I don't have the WR250R or the Tenere 700 anymore, but the f...

Are Crash Bars Really Necessary On The T7?
Просмотров 4,3 тыс.5 месяцев назад
Hey all, in this video I want to go over why I may not be going with crash bars on my 2023 Yamaha Tenere 700 (seeker pol tarres). I know a lot of guys like to run the outback motortek, heed, Yamaha accessory, sw motech, Tusk, and other brands of crash bars, but I hate the way they look and they just add weight to an already heavy bike. I did a KLX400 {Green DRZ, those handguards looked great on mine LOL} last year also for about $3300, except mine already came with all the performance mods including same RS3.....WOW is it loud but sounds like a big block Chevelle. I just replaced tubes, sprockets, fluids, bearings. I rode it for a season and sold it for $4k like I originally intended, BUT DAMN these DRZ's are so fricken good. I almost kept it and made it my only bike. If it wasnt so top heavy and clumsy offroad I could deal with sprocket changes often to deal with the trans.

You're wrong about not being able to open the drawers while the lid is closed. Make sure the drawers are open before you close the lid. The lid will go all the way down and the drawers will not lock & you don't have to slide the latch to open them. Before loading it onto a truck just open the lid then push the drawers in 1/2" 👍

You're kind of wrong about the differences between the new and old versions. In the beginning you mentioned the only difference between yours and the new version is the color of the bolts, where your version uses chrome and the new version uses black. You didn't mention that with the new style the sliding drawer unlocking lever is the full length of the drawers instead of one little tab to the far right. Also the new one has a hole with rubber grommet under the lid for power cord access.

    • @OgreMoto
      @OgreMoto 18 дней назад

Thanks. I live in Wyoming, MN and I'm trying to find places to ride my new KLX 300 off road. I grew up riding in S St Paul in the 70's where bthere were lots of places to explore and ride. Even then they complained about how we were destroying the land. AND then they came in with bulldozers and earth movers to build golf coarses. Oh well? Those posers are now the big bad asses on harleys thinking they're above the people that ride off-road. I see it every day. Sorry to rant . Have fun everyone and I have subscribed. Drz are great for cheap but outdated, tenere was to big for my skills off road, ktm & Crf450l great race bikes but service intervals suck, hoping the legendary wr250r or a new Crf300l is perfect blend with some suspension work. I have crashbars from Outback Motorteck. They have saved me a LOT fo Money in plastics in cause I was a newby to off-roading (yes, I didn't plan on doing off-road trails on it, but I fell in love with the T7 and I want to ride it everywhere!) nut I'll say that now that I have a bit more experience (and I have the R-Tech PP plastics) I have now removed the upper section of the crashbars and boy did I feel a difference! I can't imagine how much lighter it'll feel when I remove the lowers that are about 2/3 the total weight! I will remove the lowers as soon as I feels confident about my riding 😅 I have now the R&G engine covers cause the crashbars didn't save my clutch cover from being pounded by a rock on a low speed tip over her the T7 landed on a higher rock that managed to poque through... My thoughts on everything are to ask the people with experience but don't take their word as gospel! Have them explain properly why they say you should get something for your bike. This being said, a lot of our confidence in riding comes from being at ease and okay with crashing and dropping the bike. For me, I can say with 100 % certainty that I would have felt heart stoppingly nervous when I started out cause it was the first bike I bought and using my own money, but now it's been almost 2 years and I love my T7 more than anything, but I don't like the way the crashbars look on the bike. It's a beautiful and slim bike and I want to see it more than feeling she'll be safer :) Also the Outback crashbars weigh 5.5 kg! The bike is heavy enough :D Do what makes your experience more comfortable and enjoyable!

Just 1/2 and 1/4 ratchet set, metric wrenches, breaker bars, corded drill, screwdrivers, other odds and ends. I suspect this toolbox will last me the rest of my life. Definitely be nice to have everything locked up. Not that my stuff is worth anything except my DeWalt, but it will prevent things from walking away.

All this time I thought it just had to do with its sheer weight…. But after watching this video, I’m also having an “ah ha” moment. I ordered a 13/50 sprocket setup from Rocky Mountain. Hoping this can help out more and not require me to slip the clutch as much. To be continued.zz
