i believe speed matters, but why i agre on not using it is because acceleration, i mean, omniman could speed up all the time in space until reaching that amazing speed, while sayans, and db in general, the furthest they go without special techniques or equipment is the distance of a planet(earth normally), they cant accelerate for too long as they also need to slow down because they already reached a destination, so i would assume, viltrumites cant go that fast normally only when having much time to speed up. also i would say viltrumites win on the low tier soldiers, but once elites start coming in, like vegeta or above they are all done for, that without transforming in to oozaru, but lets not even bring the few super sayan or higher transformations, because at that point even if they all attacked at once, they wouldnt do shit

Boruto is not planet level, you people misrepresented the Uzuhiko, he utilizes the plant's rotation to neutrolize his opponent. Not a power in the level of a planet itself. At equal stats Barragan still solos. They have no way to attack him as everything they do ages to nothing and they have no way to reverse it onto him like what happened during the FKT arc; Starkk also solos by being able to fire literally a literal infinite amount of attacks from range (Thousands per second and being made of light), Any resurrecion 10x amp from their equalized stats (None of the warlords have anything similar) with Ulquiorra having a 100x amp from their equalized stats as well; Szayelaporro can just reverse their damage and make puppets out of them and destroy all of their organs without them having a way to deal with it, Zommari Rureaux just makes them all kill each other, Tier Harribel negates Jimbe's ability to manipulate water in a 1v1 (They're also souls, and souls aren't made of water like humans & other animals)
