Honestly while the Yonko win in ap for all except hashirama, it comes down to if minato touches them. Future sight is barely a factor due to all of them at one point or another fought a sharingan/ mangekyou user. Conquerors doesn’t do much besides makes the hokage take them seriously as most S ranked shinobi have extremely strong wills, while they can do something similar to counteract via infusing there emotions into there chakra and flaring to replicate it( Zabuza can do it, and pretty sure it says any strong enough shinobi can do it). devil fruits won’t be much of a problem due to all of them being proficient in water style, with minato and tobirama being seal masters likely being able to seal them off if they become a problem. durability is probably there weakest points, at least for tobirama and hiruzen, since hashirama and minato have sage mode with minato also having kcm. People also seem to forget that the stage 2 of the curse mark is a 10x multiplier from stage 1, which is already a several times boost, likely making the multiplier from base to stage 2 around a 30-40 times, with that also being inferior to proper sage mode since it is based off of jugos clan which are basically a bastardised versions of it, likely meaning it is even more. Next is the fact that both minato and tobirama have hirashin, which can be used to send targets away too, and with minato being known to have markers all around the world, he can send them to the bottom of the ocean easily. So while the yonko are physically stronger and more durable, they don’t have as many win cons as the hokage.
This matchup can truly go either way
I do believe that a hit from the yonko would one shot any Hokage except for hashirama

The problem with scaling the hokage is that some of them like minato and hiruzwn have hacks that are straight one shots, the reaper death seal for example would be a straight up one shot. We also know that shadow clones can be used with reaper death seal in order to take more people down so minato and hiruzwn could both sacrifice themselves by creating a bunch of shadow clones then using reaper death seal on all of the yonkos. You could argue the yonkos would dodge the in the same sense you could argue that hashirama could keep them busy with his would style while tobirama stops their 3/4 of the yonkos with his water style. You also need to remember that the yonkos do in fact hate each other so the chemistry isn’t really there in comparison to the hokages who have experience fighting with each other. My closing argument would also be that hashirama was able to stop ems madara’s susanoo which is said to be able to cut through all things in the universe and is shown cutting mountains with ease even though this is a hyperbole it still is meant to demonstrate how powerful madara/hashirama is. Also you have to remember that this just madaras susanoo and in reality hashirama was able to stop the nine tails while cloaked in that very susanoo and the nine tails is stated to be able to turn the world to ash so combined this would put hashirama at least dwarf star level and at most star level which would scale him above most of the yonkos and provide reason to believe that hashirama could keep the yonkos on their toes as minato and hiruzen would swoop in and take out the yonkos with a combination of shadow clones and the reaper death seal. But the fight is not one sided as the yonkos o have some stuff running for them like whitebeard and his scaling as well as shanks being able to fight on par with whitebeard scaling them to each other but in my opinion the fight would go to the hokage through pure hax.

Not really the problem comes down to if Naruto fans will accept haki statements as how they're portrayed in the story. If haki can affect the supernatural and bypass any defense why won't it work against jutsus 🤷♂️. The same for jutsus vice versa
If haki is allowed all of its statements and established rules then:
Death Seal will not work due to the user's strong willpower literally not allowing their spirit to leave
Shadow clones would easily get destroyed by just a conqueros haki scream
Hashirama's wood style is easily getting destroyed by Kaido and Big Mom's hakai
Tobirama has statements that say he can create an ocean but we've never seen anything of that magnitude in any feat. Even if you accept that Tobirama Ocean statements as true it still would not matter. Big Mom can easily turn said ocean into a homey. Kaido turns himself into a Dragon to fly, dodging said ocean and he can just start to spam boro breaths and tatsumaki. Whitebeard casually shakes said ocean attack and its surroundings and Shanks just swims like old out of prime Rayleigh who swam the calm belt to amazon lily which is bigger than anything Tobirama can produce with water
The Yonko hate each other however you're under the impression that this is a team battle. Heck even if this was a team battle the Yonko have shown to be able to reason with one another 🤷♂️. You saw Kaido and Big Mom, you saw how Shanks was able to tell Kaido to not attack Whitebeard 🤷♂️. You also saw how Shanks went to end the war and pay respect to Whitebeard. And you out here saying that they would not work together because they all have kingly ambition 🤷♂️. The Yonko atleast the rocks pirates where a group before, even if they did in fact fight in 1v1 situations does not mean that they would not help in a moments need

Everybody seems to forget how Yonkos are MASSIVELY tougher physically. They can endure pain for a long time and are very hard to wound. At exception of Hashirama, others are not that durable.

In Chapter 319, Aokiji in over a second casually made an ice continent and he himself states that he froze so far that it made it to 3 islands due to the old guy living there. His ice going for miles and miles and lasting about 10 days and it's not the surface only, the ice goes far deep into the sea as we saw in chapter 580. And this was just a casual feat for an Admiral. Meanwhile Tobirama has never done anything of this magnitude.

Hashirama has amazing healing factor and he can recover from any of the yonkos strongest attack. Also the hokage are more versatile in abilities and battle strategies. Like all the hokage can make shadow clones and just overwhelm the yonko.
