So if Naruto didn't have Kurama or controlled him he would've come back 10 maybe 25 times stronger than he was.

it takes them little time to get the melody ready, and the effects do already start taking place when they are preparing it.

I don’t really care who wins but since when did any of these characters became faster then speed of light, think about what goes on during the fight, none of them and I mean including Luffy and Naruto.
Cap Kizaru casually went from light speed to mftl in chapter 1092 then got blitzed by Luffy in 1094
When you think about if they move at light speed that means there faster the eye can see that includes the viewers

no, admirals can get stronger thats true. But he did mention that kaido and even big mom are each stronger than each of the admirals at marineford. This commonly the benchmark for 'admiral level'.
Fujitora and greenbull both reach this level through statements, but current kizaru is stronger (still not stronger than kaido or luffy (cope) just stronger than big mom).
Current akainu and kuzan are not admirals, they are the FA and a pirate respectively, hence they are not held to 'admiral level', they have gotten much stronger than the mf admirals and even current kizaru.
