If we’re being serious even base start of post time skip Luffy would beat a comp Sukuna (as in current Sukuna + his heian era weapons + 10 shadows + the last finger + a slight buff in physicals and black flash proficiency from when he was in Yuuji’s body) with relative ease since even in the pre time skip a base Luffy is easily able to dodge lightning and light speed attacks and almost one shot enel who could vaporize entire islands which is a country+ level feat

Another interesting thing that happens is to equalize the energies, that is to say that the haki is detected by Sukuna as cursed energy and the cursed energy by luffy as haki.
By doing that we allow many attacks of sukuna and mahoraga to affect luffy a lot, but in the same way luffy would automatically become the most powerful sorcerer. The fact that no expansion of dominance would beat him since his haki would always win and many cursed techniques even if it affects them now his haki is so immense that he could deny sukuna's cuts with ease. And something even funnier is that by equalizing the energies means that in a hypothetical fight against Gojo, Luffy would also win by being able to pierce Gojo's infinity with his haki and defeat his expansion of haki dominance. Since it is certain that no one in their right mind would think that Luffy's haki is weaker than the cursed techniques of Gojo or even Sukuna.
It would be a Enel vs Luffy 2.0. Luffy didn't win again Enel because he was stronger than him but because he was his natural enemy.

2. Kenjaku does scale to Yuki's black hole since he scale to Tengen in terms of barrier techniques and Tengen contained Yuki's black hole within his barrier to keep it from destroying the world, thus Kenjaku would scale to this and Sukuna scale above him.
Now if that's not enough to convince you then how about this, in JJK 0 Geto took a black flash from Yuta and not only survived but was still able to keep on fighting. In JJK 0 it was stated that Rika could have destroyed a whole town (I personally think this downplays their power but for the sake of argument I'll roll with it) but they never said how big the town so I will scale this by starting from the low to mid to high ball levels of scaling, also black flash raises the power of a strike to 2.5 thus this will help our scaling.

I think there's a significant number of fallacies in this video.
The methodology for comparison has some inconsistencies.
1- Energy Systems.
When you take two characters from two different universes, you have to find a way to bring their energy systems into relation. Either Cursed Energy and Haki are the same thing in this fight OR they aren't. You have to pick a lane.
At 4:55 you mention that Luffy can use Haki to internally damage his targets, but you don't bother to consider whether Cursed Energy Reinforcement can counter this or not.
Let's reverse the argument: can Luffy use Cursed Energy Reinforcement? 'Cause if he can't, then Sukuna just needs a single Cleave to chop him in half.
2- Speed.
I completely reject this fantasy that Kizaru can move at lightspeed. This has been a popular misconception circulating the community for years. Yes: Kizaru is extremely fast. No: that doesn't mean he literally moves at lightspeed. Oda has always written Logia fruits with lots of scientific inconsistencies, just for the sake of cool artistic flair.
If Kizaru actually moved ad lightspeed, then all of his speed attacks would carry the equivalent force of several thousands nuclear bombs. He would be in the planet busting category, together with characters like Saitama. He would literally be the most powerful being in the OP universe, bar none.
So, no: Kizaru doesn't move at lightspeed. Which also means that the characters who have matched him, don't actually scale to lightspeed (including Luffy).
3- Reaction
Let's grant that Luffy can use Advanced Observation Haki, to partially predict very fast attacks. There's still a problem: you have to be able to see the object you're trying to predict. And Sukuna's slashes are invisibile. There's only one character that has been stated to see the slashes: Mahoraga (and that's because of his innate hax to adapt to any phenomena). From what we know, even characters who have superhuman eyesight, like Gojo and Kashimo, could ony vaguely “sense” the slashes, but couldn't actually see them and ended up chopped to pieces. It's one thing to predict a barrage of visible fists from Katakuri, it's another thing entirely to predict a barrage of invisible slashes from Sukuna.
Then you might argue that Advanced Observation can probably counter invisibility because we know that Usopp was able to see Sugar's, Law's and Luffy's auras behind walls, from kilometers away. If you can see through walls with Haki, surely you can also see invisible objects, right? Well, Usopp sensed people's auras (not inanimate objects, like the slashes). And Garp got backstabbed by an invisible Shiryu (who presumably had a living aura plus killing intent). So, no: we don't know whether Luffy could even see Sukuna's slashes, let alone dodge them effectively.
4- Defence.
Now let's say Luffy can't see the slashes, but can still defend himself with armament haki (that is, if you start from the premise that Haki and Cursed Energy are the same thing, in this fight. And if you also assume that Luffy can effectively coat his entire body, which he has never done before).
Could he tank regular slashes? Sure.
But literally NOTHING can tank the World Dividing Slashes: because they cut space itself. It's a dimensional attack. It doesn't matter how tough Luffy is: as long as he occupies space, he will be cut together with it.
Swap the situation and put Sukuna on the defence. Does he have Yonko's levels of endurance? Hardly. But his Cursed Energy reinforcement is top tier, and his Reverse Curse Technique makes it nearly impossible to accumulate progressive damage on him. The man stopped a 200% Hollow Purple with his bare hands, and then regenerated those hands a few moments later. If he can do that, you can hardly make the argument that Luffy's Red Roc would one shot him.
4 Attack Power.
Has Luffy displayed higher total force than Sukuna? Sure.
But all those top force feats are sloooow. Bajrang Gun, King Kong Gun: they take a lifetime to charge and another lifetime to unleash.
What happened the last time someone tried to attack Sukuna with a massively powerful but slow attack? That was Jogo's meteorite: Sukuna was so fast, he could spare some time to take a detour, go play hide and seek with some side characters, and then come back to sit on top of the meteorite.
If that attack couldn't touch him, that neither will Luffy's srtongest punches.
But you know what attack is inconceivably fast, and is effectively impossible to dodge? Malevolent Shrine. The moment it's activated, Luffy will start getting minced simultaneously, from all possible angles. It's an omnidirectional attack, so you got no way to dodge. Luffy's only hope is being fast enough to escape the effect area (that is, if none of the slashes cut his eyebellas and blind him, which we know can actually happen).
And lest we forget, if there is one type of damage that Luffy's rubber body can't mitigate: it's cuts. That's always been his Achilles' heel.
In terms of attacks, Sukuna is the worst possible match up for Luffy.

In conclusion, while I'm willing to concede that Luffy has displayed higher impact force and, maybe higher speed than Sukuna...you presented little to no arguments in terms of Luffy effectively surviving Sukuna's technique. And even fewer arguments, as to how his smaller punches would prove lethal to Sukuna (who's a borderline immortal).
