That is a fallacy, Chakra in Naruto is within everyone. Chakra in Naruto is like the blood in humans. It is there life force is Naruto. Look at Neji Byakugan looking at Hinata it shows chakra is flowing all the way through the persons body like blood. Everyone has chakra in Naruto. But, still the person can still genjutsu someone not of the persons verse anyways which I agree with that part. Genjutsu is where the user embues the opponents mind with the users chakra and genjutsu them by messing with the persons mind. So, it will still work whether they are in the verse or not by the user of genjutsu embues the opponent with the genjutsu user chakra. Also, as well as this is cross verses battle so stuff like genjutsu would be allowed as it is cross verse battle and hypothetical by nature as well. Especially with it being within the other universe ability.

I still say That Logia's are always made of their elemental abilities, but they can choose to be tangible or intangible. And while tangible if their skin reaches a breaking point it automatically turns intangible. Haki and their logia's natural weakness prevent this by always keeping them in their tangible form. I feel this explanation explains the instances in the story where Logia's have been touched by non haki users, because in every instance the logia user was never severely damaged and any damage drawn was just an artistic choice. Like when Luffy being punched with no Haki realistically does no damage, but Oda will draw him with some battle damage just for show.
Like do you really think that a Logia can accidentally cut themselves on a knife while eating steak or something.

There hasn’t been any calc of this, but there might be evidence of Enel’s natural reflexes matching or even exceeding his lightning attacks.
In chapter 284 Ussop is repeatedly shown to be able to dodge Enel’s lightning (doesn’t mean he’s as fast as lightning but that he can at least perceive it and react to it when it’s traveling over several meters) yet later in the chapter Enel speed blitzes Ussop with no indication of using his lightning body to travel the distance.
Even if that line of scaling doesn’t hold up/has holes (of which I’m not currently aware of), there are other calcs of characters in Skypia reacting to lightning that get them far above the double digits Mach speed (ie, Nami blocking lightning with a bubble from her Climatact had her at Mach 413, Zoro had a feat of swinging his sword arm in the time it took Enel’s attack to hit him which could either be Mach 712 or 1068 depending on how it’s calced, and though Luffy wasn’t able to dodge Enel’s first attack while midair, he was able to swing his arm up to protect his face at Mach 1016).

@@kyanayakubu8749 Actually got around to calcing it some time after I posted this, and at least based on Ussop’s best lightning dodging feat Enel would need to be about 1.31x faster than his own lightning to tag Ussop (if you use the 440000 m/s for lightning that VSBW uses, this would get Enel’s natural speed to 578285.71 m/s)

Everyone has chakra in naruto lil bro. idk how you look at a panel of tobirama saying "Nah... wasn't using my chakra just now." and think that means he wasn't creating chakra. When if anything this statement implies that he has chakra he's just not putting it to use which is the whole purpose of a nature transformation and basic ninjutsu, being able to change your chakra nature. By this logic the hyuuga clan's gentle fist would be useless against regular people or anyone not in combat mode since they are not making chakra so then what is the point of shutting off their chakra network which according to you is not even in use. You have to verse equalize if you want to bring genjutsu into this battle otherwise kakashi trying to put genjutsu into enel would be like him trying to put genjutsu into a rock. Keep in mind that chakra flows throughout the body and genjutsu is just foreign chakra thats invading your network similar to the effects of a drug. But if there is no network then there is nowhere for the chakra to go.
The gentle fist wouldn't be useless they can still see through people, but for regular people are they kneading or using charka right now? No they aren't which means that argument doesn't work. a regular lady though having charka doesn't have charka in her system running around cause she isn't a trained shinobi. normal genjutsu works that way sharingan or more like dojutsu sharingan doesn't need that the users charka is enough and don't even try to bring " but they have charka network" But animals which cna be put under genjustu do you think they have a charka network?

There does need to be chakra present in someone. More specifically a Chakra network. As we have seen, genjutsu works by two ways. 1 you manipulate the Chakra network of your enemy or 2 you pour your own chakra into someone else’s network and them manipulate said chakra.
Chakra network being something that only the people from the naruto series are born with means enel wouldn’t have said network and therefore genjutsu wouldn’t work on him unless you’re using VE.
Actually it's stated I can't name where from but you can pour chakra into other beings to place them under genjutsu as I think Itachi does altho I can't remember when so don't 100% quote me on this

@@MrMegaSuperDuperMe I mean either way it was stated that sharingan and rinnegan gen jutsu still work on people without chakra as the gen jutsu quite literally gives the user chakra and the only way to break out of it is by having more chakra than the user but I doubt if he did get caught in it he would know how to use it or have enough to break out you can also argue that it has been mentioned multiple times that a gen jutsu affects all five senses so you can still get someone without chakra in a gen jutsu in my opinion

You used a low End calc based on assumptions. There are calcs that put Luffy in the 3 digit range based on different feats involving Enel & calcs that place Zoro around relativistic. Buggy ball at it's best was Town Level and I guess if you want to low ball it you could get Multi City Block. The concession generally stands that Luffy is a Town-Town+ Level threat around Skypiea. Enel had casual Town level to Small City level attacks like El Thor and I don't get how such a high output could yield anything less like Building level. Lightning within itself is a hax so it really wouldn't matter the level.
This is why I hate calcing sometimes... Instead of what the Manga conveys we're doing this. If we want to go off of calculations, Enel would be what the Naruto Databooks are used to wank Raikage. He'd Be a Casual Town level threat with Relativistic Speeds. Also even if we go by calcs you wanked Kakashi. He's never been relativistic in all my years of debating. Don't even know where that came from.
He would quite frankly stomp Kakashi into the floor if we're doing calcs or just going off what the Manga has shown.

@@justunreal_ Zoro out ran lightning & it was calculated at over Mach 9000. Even if you were to give him a Low ball for other feats he'd still sit in between Mach 800. I'm in the VS community. I know the calc this guy is using because I've been in the community for years on and off. Kakashi is nowhere near Relativistic and never will be.

Anybody that uses Hyperbolic statements for Itachi's water bullets based on fan translations can't be potent. I mean there is a translation that also equates the Water bullets to Lightning. Literally most of the Databooks are translated by fans up until you get around Bee & Raikage which hold more water. This isn't up for debate really. You can literally get higher calculation via powerscaling off of the many other lightning timed feats in skypiea.

Wyper’s Burn Bazooka can be small city level from causing a 1751.65 m wide explosion (which was calced to 1.54 megatons of tnt) and could later incinerate a large section of the large trees in Upper Yard (1.98 megatons of tnt)

Is chakra not a sort of lifeforce in which is constantly being created and circulated in a body, civilian or otherwise. and a normal genjutsu disrupts that circulation. correct me if i'm wrong since I was under the impression that chakra is required to be alive and thus needs to be present at all times.
The spiritual and physical energies are always present in the body. To get chakra you need to mold them together

That takes effort and skill to do but that is just a change in chakra nature, they are not manifesting chakra they are molding it. Everyone has chakra at all times and nobody that is alive has zero chakra, even rock lee has chakra that is the whole reason he can use 8 Gates, the difference is he can't do any nature transformations that's why he cant' use ninjutsu its not because he doesnt have chakra.

ok only watched half od the video and i think kakashi should win because he was able to cut lightning as a kid, however you're blatantly wrong about luffy being slower than lightning.
When he is first hit by the lightning he is midair and cant dodge it because of that. As Enel could sense luffy's actions he was able to catch luffy off guard here.
After luffy realised that it had no effect, he had no reason to dodge, seen as he doesn't even try to dodge the ones after. You also completely ignore that enel as lightning is blatantly just lightning speed. This is not inconsistent with logia's as some people think kizaru is only lightspeed in his mirrors, but rayleigh is able to cut this mirror light form and kizaru can react to Rayleigh meaning they are very relative to each other snd this confirmed lightspeed attack. So there's no reason it shouldnt be the same with enel.

Kakashi would kill Enel with the lightning cutter. It's called the lightning cutter for a reason. Enel would get bisected. As the 2 lightnings would cancel each other out in normal terms however. Kakashi cut a natural bolt of lightning before. And has even held a chakra bolt of lightning in his bare hands with minor burns. This is due to the fact that once someone masters a chakra nature. They gain a slight immunity to it. We saw the same happen to Itachi and Killer Bee. Sasuke could not pierce Killer Bee with Chidori. However, killer Bee is shown to have mastered lightning release.
Kaguya who had mastery of all nature's was barely effected by 10 6 paths rasenshurikens. Etc.
Just because he can cut lightning doesn’t mean he can lighting. Zoro cut enel’s lightning and couldn’t hurt him. It’s like punch or chopping water. Another explain is when Zoro cut Prometheus. He didn’t hurt him but he made it to here he had to keep forming

The problem with Engel is that he never really went all in in his fight against Luffy. After he realized that his attacks won’t work he has been constantly trying to avoid fighting Luffy and slowing him down so he can escape to the moon.
