WOW!! What a great informative video Sue!! I was wondering how you could tell if it was a REAL side part Bubblecut!! Now, I know. I see the way you pointed it out..they rooted the hair to make a part!! Boy, I would love to have one some day. Love that Black Magic on her. Oh, Sue!! That 1977 Ken is fantastic. I would have gone out to the movies with him!!!.....no socks is no prob!! We would have gone to see Star Wars....and Barbie would have been all kinds of jealous!!! Monster High house is so awesome. Of course, he was $40 I think I can sell him for about $200, but I probably won’t. Everything else was $5 or less.

Hey Sue so glad you like the Barbie fashions I sent you. They look so good on your dolls❤❤. I just got a Superstar Ken out of the box and I already had his outfit from a thrift find. So much fun finding and rescuing these dolls. Oh and I got a Marilyn naked in the $1 bin at the thrift store a couple years ago. She looks so happy in the gold and red outfit I made her❤

Super Star Ken's sunglasses do stay on. There are slits in his side hairline around the ear. But the plastic is old so be careful.

I unboxed both of my original superstar Barbie and Ken a while back they were both on my grail list as well as few other dolls including a silkstone that was the first doll on that list
I believe I will leave Ken in the box for now. But I would love one out of the box too. I love silkstones, but I only have one. I never seen them while thrifting. UGH
Nice finds. The superstar Ken has been on my list and just got him today, a friend of mine found him out the box with his outfit and ring. The black magic dress is also on my list.

Hi Sue I Love your barbies, am from San Antonio, Texas I have a 1966 francie vintage barbie doll from Japan, markings on her right butters, I think it's an antique barbie doll, I Love to go to thrift stores and Goodwill for bargains, you Never know what you are gonna find! I Love your show!

I have one daughter who likes dolls, but she has 2 teen and a 20 year old. So she doesn't have much time. The grandkids are all boys and they never liked my dolls. They always thought they were scary when they were younger.😂
