I can't move... I live in front of the snake island, between forest and hills since first day. I swam level 5 and kill a Anaconda level 19 to make that land mine. Take me 10 min to kill the anaconda and the dogs. I love that place. My base have 2 bonfires, 3 capybava farm, alot of crops. When i travel around the map i see alot of possible places, but i'm in love with my base xD

For whatever reason, the mother is spawning HUGE panthers. Not a single cub for the last 7 hours of tracking different mothers. And the panther's just eat the bait and ruins the trap.

can mods be used in multiplayer?

I keep getting killed from groups of guys that show up every 10 minutes. I have restarted a few times. I have raiding set to low and disabled. Right now it's unplayable with the number of guys that show up before I am able to do anything. How do you get rid of those guys?

Roll towards him when he does the slam leap. It puts you on his backside. He won’t hit you and you can get multiple strikes in. I cleared him with bone spear this way.

Honestly, has anyone ever chosen another starting location for their settlement? When i started playing i thought my instinct was quite right when i discovered others also setup camp in that location, but after playing for a bit, is there really an alternative? I feel like it was intentional that the player sets up a settlement in that specific location also considering most quests are initially done at the village you start at, so it makes little sense to go further out. Like, i feel like that's the only location where you are put in between tin and copper nodes whole having access to most of the resources you need in bulk at some point.

How can i get a sturdy pick axe, running around like a headless chicken at the moment with 300 hrs in game. I have a app' blacksmith but nothing seems to be working. Have been looking for some loose iron ore to start me off but cannot find any. Any help with this would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

What they said on patch notes, just like people there is ranks, and it affects their movement speed, you want the ones with the red mark, yellow is second best.

OK, when he walks around you, don't move shoot arrows in his eye you got 4 or 5 seconds so at least 2 shots. When he jumps, roll to the side, dual blade or blade : any special moves that makes you go forward (but not the dual blade one that makes you going backward), aim for the head. With this technique he gets stun, when he's stun full burst. If you get hit on his second attack combo, just stay put and heal yourself, then dodge. If you dodge then heal you 'll take an other hit. Don't let the bleed stack, on T2 if you do so it's guraranteed death. SO use first aid each time you get hit. WHen he run around you face him and when he jumps dodge two times backward then get closer to him. Never be too far from him cose if so he will harass you by jumping to you.

if you don't bring an alpaca, you can deploy the llama and have it follow you like a pet. means you can fight without putting it down/picking it back up.

I kill it pretty consistently with the bow and poison arrows. Remember to use skills. The 3 shots one melts him with stacked poison.

Why did you not once use your skill? Or do the jump attack for the dual blades. The jump attack is a closer (you had trouble closing distance on openings) and the skill you have on is faster damage than normal swings. Same with the bow with not using skills.

he is not to quick for the bow, you just are not good at video games.

My base is located in the big body of water between the Flint Tribe Barracks and the Rainforest Portal. I choose this since it's close to the portal which helped me get a Llama early by activating the Hill Portal to transport the baby to my base faster and safe.

You want to be close to a portal based on how the game works. After you unlock your own portal then it can be anywhere.

Solo, you don't even have to go after them, they run away for a time, then automatically come back after you. Also it can be easier to aim at them if you jump onto the big rock from a smaller rock. It's just the rock to your back that's making it hard to aim.

Kill the llamas to respawn baby ones. You can easily do it with a greatsword because the jump attack cripples move speed. If you abduct or kill only the baby ones then an adult will replace it.

What are the benefits of higher level Llamas?

you can make food at the small outcast camps... Dont kill them, they are harmless and good lunch company
