All of these look like cheats, not mods. Except maybe the travel sign one, because having to run further/closer doesn’t change the gameplay. I would like to see some UI/QoL/cosmetic mods, but there are none yet, sadly.
Cheats to 1 person quality of life mods to someone else, Just play the game the way it works for you. Cant really cheat in a single player game
A cheat is just one type of mod. However cheating only exists in a competition

fully agree, ox carts for army fast travel and large inventory moves

The 'more quivers' mod looks handy. I'll have to check them out.
The only mod I would like is one that automatically eats when the food runs out.
So if my berry runs out, it will eat another berry.
Auto eating if the foods in your inventory would be handy
I dont know, you can map two of your food sources to hot keys..

Yes I believe so, If the other players are using the same mods
I afk this game a lot and literally let my workers work while I watch RUclips. come back to a fully updated town or fully stocked inventory while doing nothinggg is so fun ugh I love this game

Mate I support the mod community 100% they do a fantastic job at their creations, yet I find it pointless getting mods if you enjoy playing the game as is. So thanks for the vid but no thanks to the mods.... Peace out

Need a mod to make the game less grindy lol. It took me 120+ hours to finally reach tier 3 structures playing legit of course (no mods). I've not played a survival game as grindy as this one before.
sounds to me like you failed to have your villagers do all the work..
I think they are going to fix some of these grindy things in the next update. Cross fingers 🤞
Use the larger inventory mod and the 2x food spoil.. It makes grinding much less taxing.
they have 4x 6x and 10x harvest which helps a lot
Almost all of the mods we have made so far, do exactly this. They make it less grindy. The game is still early in development, and a lot of values are being adjusted accordingly. ^-^

I wish there was a mod that would note all the statistics of all townsfolk. Talking to hundreds of them and transcribing their stats to Excel takes forever.

We do apologies for that. Its a dispute thing on Nexus right now. Someone made a claim that the files were theirs and we reuploaded them, even though we streamed doing the work xD

Mods do they impact on the in game achievements?
Mods do not prevent achievments, as far as we know. We still get them at least... ~Void Kitten.
is the armor a mod and if its not how can i make it in the game
No mod, the armour is tier 3
I just can't get the mods working by following the instructions.. I download the file to the correct location and extract the files there.. but no luck. Too bad, was really looking forward to using them. Wish you could do a video on the install process , ty. I'm sure I'm just missing something.
I did notice some of the Mods dont go into the correct folder and they make a new folder, check that all the mods are in the right folder (you can just copy and paste them to move them) My folder link is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bellwright\Bellwright\Content\Paks\~mods this could be a little different for you. Well . I tried again yesterday and no luck . The path is exactly like yours. I extracted the unlocker 1st, then the others to the Bellwright folder which has the pak files in the mod folder. I dunno.. I feel like I'm at a dead end on this.
The lexapro mod works very well but its very cheaty.
We agree, which is why we marked it specifically in the category of Cheats xD. We just got sick of them whining about it raining, and being too many folks to close, etc. ;p

can you maybe make a vid that explains how to install the mods? did it exactly how the mod tells me and how another vid have shown but it doesnt work. or do i have to start a new game for the mods?
it's not hard actually just read instruction on joewl mod. it's like 2 step and done.
@@jakkrit6910 yeh i found the mistake allready. i did put the whole downloaded zipfile into the bellwright folder and unpacked it there so it created another bellwright folder with the mod inside. after fixing this everything works. but i guess since he talks and shows stuff quite well it might still be a good idea for other guys who are as dumb or even more dumb then me ^^
@@roberturlaub8526 we are working on adding Vortex support. The extension is almost done, just needs to go through all of the approval channels. no clue how long that will take. Once thats done, installing mods will be suuuper easy, as you just push a button, and it will do the rest. ^-^
I will see if I have time for a video, thou they are easy to install, just have to make sure the right file goes into the right folder

@@WombatGaming allright. After fixing the problem it as the other dude allready said is extremly simple to install them so if you find some time for it it doesnt need to be a long vid. Maybe a short is enough😅 im sure there are other apes like me out there

I was abought to give up on this game, Tell I found mods. Now running 22 of them. Last game update broke mods, one by one I added mods back in. It was " no armor penalty" mod that was the problem. @ 270 hr game time.
Glad you stuck around rumours are a bigger patch is coming how they fix some of the big issues
we legitimately have no clue how no armor penalty and weapon durability mods broke. nothing changed, gamefile wise, but both needed their t1 items re-done.. they did get an update, within a few hours of the patch tho, so if you havnt updated them, go grab them! ^-^
Damn, can't believe so many mods already, this game seems so unfinished. It feels way too likely you'll break the game with the frequent updates.
....but I think I still need to install the extended inventory mods
I'm not normally a big fan of mods, but I love these ones
While we understand that its EA, and as such, likely to have things break/need to be updated, we like to let folks play these typa games, at their pace, which for some folks, is FAST. XD

Unlocker needs an update & mods won't run. some have been able to find a workaround for a few mods, but at the moment the unlocker is not compatible with this game version so most mods will not work
All work fine for me.
Only installed these mods yesterday, and all worked for me. I had to move 2 of the files into the right folder for 2 mods.
I can not get the mods to work, can someone do a step by step as I am missing something? Do I need to start a new game?
All of them or just some? I did notice that when I extracted 2 of them they made there own folders instead of putting the file into the main folder. Hope this helps

Heraldry mod. Gives shield colours to help with battles.

Let people play how they want to play. It's a single player game. Ya there's coop but still it's not like it's giving you an advantage over other players in competitive play.

If you do video about how to install mod so do this. If you describes mods - stop. This video shoul be 4-5 minutes and wasted 4-5 minutes of my life.
