    Thanks so much for this quick workout as I've had a zillion things to do! The only problem were the 2 commercials that came on during the workout. It got my set messed up as I had to go to my mouse to skip the ad! LOL.

    Thank You so much for this workout it was just what I needed today! I added on some footwork and bridging at the beginning and I did my pull up bar exercises and arms I do every day! That was a LOOONG 20 minutes but it felt great!!!
