    Omg! So good and so HARD! I got such a great quick reformer workout. Perfect for us new mommas needing a good yard reformer workout!

    Perfect length workout. I like the mix of unique moves with the familiar! I want to invest in a better reformer, which do you use/recommend? 😊

      I wouldn’t recommend this workout for my prenatal mamas, only because we are standing on the reformer and a lot of balancing movement. Try one of my other classes that says prenatal friendly! 🤍🤍
