    38 min. killer abs and inner thighs workout using the magic circle and long box (may be able to do without the box). I am 10 weeks postpartum, so taking ab exercises very slowly and only doing whats comfortable for me.

    This was a challenging workout. Lots of burn. The only thing I found is that it could have used some editing to eliminate some awkwardness in queuing. I get mommy brain but would have preferred that this post was a bit more professional. This was my first workout by you. I hope others are less stilted. Thanks
