    Props needed- Long box and Pilates ring.
    Prenatal friendly (I'm 25 weeks pregnant).

    Thank you for another great workout! I’m six months PP and loved your videos while pregnant and am back to them now! My little girl is napping so it’s mama time! I appreciated the length of the workout and how much you squeezed in. So funny that I thought Mia’s little cries were my Stella’s! Love that you kept filming and are showing the real deal mamahood. Hope to see more videos soon!

    Congrats on your pregnancy and having a beautiful new baby in your life. I have come to really enjoy your workouts alot. After your baby is born and you recover I hope that you will return and continue taping because your classes are awesome.

      Thank you so much! I’m still doing prenatal workouts until I pop! But yes I’ll definitely get back to regular workouts once I give birth and recover. 🤍

    I have a quick question, I have the same reformer as you- which position do you have the spring bar in? It looks like the middle but I can’t tell for sure. Thank you!
