A rare and excellent video on vintage French LIP's watches. I own a 60's Swiss HOGA Jump Hour similar to the LIP's. It was given by my father. I would appreciate it if anyone can share some history on HOGA. Thanks.

I have this Gen1 and also the X33 Skywalker, you know what? I prefer this one to the Skywalker the only downside is the crown which has been changed on the Gen2!

Great video. As a cyclist, all my watches for the last five years or so have been Garmin GPS watches (Instinct, Fenix et al) so would have liked to have seen a bit more on this type. There are some more up-market GPS watches coming in these days - Garmin Marq, Suunto - so people will pay a fair amount for a well-made and finished digital sports watch.

You can actually still get the classic ana-digi look quite cheaply from Casio. Someone in the marketing dept hasn't yet figured out how trendy they are, and in London you can get one for under £30. Bought mine a few years ago, and everyone compliments on it.

Where can I get that Cosmo Phase manual?

There's new Swiss digitals too :) they haven't entirely gone away. There's the sublime Tissot PRX digital. The ETA caliber DGT-2040 is currently only in PRXs, who knows, in the future this module might go into other digital Swiss watches. We might be at the start of a digital boom in Switzerland.

Recently found this channel and working my way through the videos. I wanted to say these are excellent videos with excellent production quality and information (not to mention the gorgeous watches). It's also nice to see a channel look into a segment that was/is massive yet seems to get little love save the odd Casio reissue.

I love Swatch watches... especially their early 90s designs. The four that I have in my collection all come from that period.

I have two Eco Drive F150 watches and they are my all time favorites. I have two other Eco Drives, one Atomic and a Chandler with is thin, light, and great when I'm working outside or just tinkering around.
