I believe the ferry’s are pretty extensive in Greece, so you should be able to easily get from island to island. They also have airports in Athens and Mykonos too. I’d definitely suggest spending the full day in Athens if you can, it was so amazing! 🤩

It was called Zorbas and it was right on the water as you pull into the little port area. It had an amazing patio, delicious food and great service! definitely recommend!

@@ryanandkala My wife pretty much broke even, maybe a slight savings because of what she drank, which was mostly glasses of wine at about $12 per. I ended up not really using it as much because what I was buying was cheaper basically. I got a lot of sodas at $3.50 and beer. And your point about how many days in port was a good one. We probably didn't use as much the 4 days we were in port. What we figured out later is that you can buy one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic beverage at the same time. So sometimes if I wanted a soda, I could've just gotten that at the same time my wife got her wine. With that knowledge, I think next time we go, we'll just get one package (we can do that if we split our cabins because of the kids so that only she gets the package). All I can say is even what I had I was sick of by the end of the cruise...lol. I don't want to look at a beer for a while.

The vlogs are starting to generate a little bit of income now as we are monetized with RUclips. It definitely doesn’t cover everything but it’s starting to ease a bit of the financial cost of the cruises. In our perfect world all the travel expenses would be covered haha! But that’s the dream! 🤩

You should definitely go back on a little vacation and re experience it! Also, Thank you for your service 🫡

Yes, Christ the redeemer, that’s the one! I remembered it of course after we left the area haha! Yes as an Italian we had the red horn and the red ribbons everywhere lol! You can never have enough things to ward off bad luck! We also have horseshoes too, apparently if you hang them in the U shape it collects good luck! So glad you’re enjoy the vlogs!!! 🫶🏼

Perfect! Always check with the cruise line when you hear stuff like that! Some ports could still be strict about it you never know! But as far as we know we weren’t asked for any proof of vaccine!

We have done carnival celebration and jubilee you can see the vlogs on the channel. We are trying out celebrity and Norwegian later this year and then MSC next year! We want to get on princess one day soon too! We hear they have great pizza! 🍕

Honestly when we booked it we didn’t notice it was a private tour, but we were kind of thrilled when we found out! Mostly because we can film a lot easier without worrying about bothering other people, but also because we could do things on our own time and didn’t spend time waiting for groups etc. it was worth every penny and we would suggest it especially for Athens to avoid the crazy crowds!!

That’s so interesting I never knew that about the evil eye. I know Italians have this hand signal or Italian horn we use called the cornicello or “corne” or we hang a red ribbon to ward off the bad juju. Never heard about it being used in witchcraft! We learn something new everyday!! The evil eyes were available to purchase basically everywhere but it wasn’t forced by any means, so don’t let it stop you from visiting!!

Hey James!! That’s so awesome that they didn’t give you any hard time about drones or anything, we always catch grief for the drone lol! We have never been to Barcelona before (it’s definitely on our list). Viator is our usual go-to for booking excursions so we usually watch other content creators to see what they did in ports and then try to find something on viator that fits the budget. We like viator because you can earn cash credits when you book and can use those credits towards an excursion!

You can 100% walk up the stairs just know the donkeys will be there during the day and they take up a lot of space and are pooping and peeing as they go up and down. There are technically 2 ports in Santorini but usually you get dropped off at the port that has the cable cars and the steps. If you want some great info on Greece check out Greece Explained on RUclips. He is from Greece and gives such amazing advice. That’s whole watched before our trip! We don’t technically know about those 2 ships because we haven’t been on either however a quick google search tells me that the ships are similar however it seems that the vista doesn’t have guys pig and anchor or flavourtown bar, and horizon seems to get better reviews overall.
