I was on this back in 2016. It's been updated since then but it is one of, if not the best vacation I've ever been on. You can't do everything on the ship. It is really an amazing experience

So which was your favorite? Carnival Celebration or Royal Caribbean Oasis of Seas? Looking to book a cruise with our adult kids...21-23. Which would provide the best entertainment/nightlife/activities
Hard to pick a favourite because they both have their strengths but with your kids, I'm gonna say the atmosphere definitely goes to Carnival Celebration. They also have a lot of those extra food options that are free (Guys, Big chicken, 1x Cucina del Capitano and Chi bang). Another thing to consider is the drink package is significantly cheaper at $59/day pre cruise and Royal is anywhere from $85-120 depending on the sailing, so if you and your kids were planning on doing some drinking you'll save quite a bit of money on Carnival. Royal really has great food (especially specialty dining) and entertainment like Broadway shows and the Aqua Theatre. For Nightlife, Carnival will have the piano bar and generally better comedy shows. I find that more people drink and go to Nightlife events on Carnival as well. Royal runs a really fun Hush silent party, the Crazy Quest and a couple other things that are usually pretty fun. In the end, you can't go wrong, these are some of the best ships out there right now. Hahaha! We are honestly so lucky, we have the best community here! There’s the odd negative comment here and there but for the most part everyone here is so positive and just loves cruising!

We are typically RCCI and Celebrity cruises with a little NCL here and there when we want to save some money, but are looking into Carnival Celebration. Your celebration videos look awesome! Would you rank celebration over or equivalent to larger royal ships?
If we were to compare the symphony of the seas (largest and newest RCCL ship we have been on so far) with the celebration I’d say they are very comparable.
We are doing the utopia this year in September so we may do a comparison video after that so we can compare apples to apples.
But we loved celebration!!!
So happy I found your channel! We are looking to go on our first cruise. We live in Massachusetts so its convenient for us to go out if Bayonne because it’s like 3.5 hr drive versus flying to Florida or something. My girls are 10 & 8 and we are looking at going on Symphony of the Seas with this same itinerary.
Living close to a port is a game changer!! We want to eventually move closer to a main hub area like Florida or Texas so we can cruise more often! The flights from Canada are killing us lol!
Oh your kids are going to love symphony! There’s so much to do plus they have kids clubs for them to go to as well! Most kids never want to leave! Plus they have kids water areas and slides! It’s a kids dream!!!

@@ryanandkala Thanks. I enjoyed your video. Paris can be a typical Instagram vs Reality. I live in the U.K., and it is a culturally different country than Canada. While it is interesting to see and do as tourist in the U.K., it is a different story to live here as a resident. From my heart, Canada is always good, lots of space and people is friendlier …. You don't actually need any cash for anything on the ship, it's all tied into your sea pass card 😎🍻☀️

I mean except from the rom himself, like if you take more expensive room you get a better package on the ship? More things included? Or all the rooms it's the same thing?

The vlogs are starting to generate a little bit of income now as we are monetized with RUclips. It definitely doesn’t cover everything but it’s starting to ease a bit of the financial cost of the cruises. In our perfect world all the travel expenses would be covered haha! But that’s the dream! 🤩

Hey, thank you so much! You should be able to if you use the online website instead of the app. In terms of the laser tag you'll probably have to wait till you're on board to see a more accurate list of activities or check out previous cruise compasses at Royal Caribbean Blog.
