I have a steroid shot 3 days ago, bilateral. My left hand already healed and I do not suffer from DQT symptoms any more however my right hand is not fully healed, there is still a little pain from it. Can I ask if how many days does my right hand DQT free? 😢

Good Morning to Everyone! I had two shots yesterday at 2pm. I've waited for this day! Got shots it Both hips. My sugars went up. I dealt with that then. But I guess it takes a couple of days to be All good I'm waiting patiently to be able to walk although I have other body issues to deal with too. I'm not down for surgery of any kind. .yet. it's working it's way through my body as we speak! I pray that it's a better ride to my children this July 4th! Have a happy holiday..pain Free?

Late to comment but, HA is offered in either 3x20cc shots or 1x60cc. Is one better than the other? If you were to combine HA and PRP (say HA followed by PRP) how long after the HA injection(s) would you wait? Meaning, would all that HA interfere with the PRP? Thanks!

Hello Dr. I had a PRP last evening. I'm taking a day's rest from work. My physician advised me that I can do my normal routine work. Will it be a strain or can I go on like usual. I had it in my left knee for osteoarthritis.

Thank you for explaining this because now it makes sense why my INR readings were all messed up, and still having to test more than once a week to stay in range. I suspected the cortisone had seeped into the bloodstream, and you confirmed it. Didn't realize it was 5-10%. Anyone on warfarin should be aware of this. My first shot in one knee was fine, but years later having both knees done at once is where I saw the reading go way high, and I had to adjust dose.

both my knees are bone on bone and i am in extreme pain when walking and even sitting am on a waiting list for shots into my knees i do not know what kind i am getting all i know is i NEED relief and able to golf daily again using a power cart its driving me crazy Is there relief in my future or am i destined to be in pain the rest of my life I am 59 years old thx for your video and your channel cheers from Vulcan Canada

Hello 10 days ago I had the Kenalog injection in my ankle for tendonitis and I have many side effects, I don't see any relief in my ankle, but now I also have symptoms of eye problems, dizziness, low blood pressure, and I have the same problem in my legs. Please suggest how I can overcome these symptoms. Thank you very much ❤

Hello I am having a meniscectomy and I was wondering if I could get hyaluronic acid injected at the time of the arthroscopic procedure. I have learned over time that there is a strong mind / body connection, that pain begins in the mind - look at people who do super human feats during emergencies and don’t feel any pain while focused on other things and the crises is averted. Sleep is also key, I notice a lot more pain when I don’t get enough sleep. But unfortunately, there still is real life pain when I have good attention to mind / body as I still have injury and the pain is helping me not become more injured. Hopefully some day I can ride a bike again, or be able to stand and walk without any pain.

My knees still hurt two weeks post shot 3/3. I had this injection 7 years ago and my knees have been fine. Now I'm worried. I did to a 5k 4 days after my 3rd shot. Did I mess something up. I have no s/s of infection. My knees just ache and they didn't before

What a great video! Thank you. I got my first HA shots yesterday. My doctor first shot lidocaine into my knees, then the HA. It was less painful or uncomfortable than the cortisone shots I’d been getting for years. After the shot my knees felt full or swollen, though there was no swelling. My knees weren’t painful the first day. They did ache and felt uncomfortable and stiff. This morning they feel worse. Still that dull ache and stiffness but worse than the day before. I want to start walking slowly on my treadmill but my knees and this video tells me I should wait. I will.

I will be having my third and last injection June 3 . This is my third grouping of injections . My knees are stiff , somewhat painful for up to 3 days post injection . I have been taking Curcumin , Glucosamine and a tart cherry condensed powder that are helping . My Meniscus was tore and I had surgery in both knees .
