According to Cleveland’s Facebook page Josh stayed in MN and the rest of the team went back.
Thanks for this “break” down of his injury.

At first I thought he just hurt his knee when they collided but then I saw the rest. When he fell he rolled ankle. At first I thought he just broke his ankle. He rolled over and I could tell he dislocated or some sort of dis formation of it. I didn’t know until later he broke his leg.

Yea on the replay footage its quite obvious that there is a deformed lower extremity. However until you get an x-ray, you really don't know if its just fractured or dislocated.

Hey , this is of topic . You should have a look at the euros Sweden vs Ukraine .98th minute extra-time . A Swedish player dannielsson with his eye on the ball goes in for a high footed challenge onto a Ukraine player . Hits right onto his knee cap,and tibia . Looks brutal. biomechanics of the injury look interesting .

Better than what Washington QBs Joe Theismann (1985) and Alex Smith (2018) went through.

Oh yes 100%. Joe's injury was brutal and so sad. Career ending injuries are so tough. It's really hard to have to tell an athlete that their time in the sport they love is over.
