Hello please advise me on what to do My daughter does Rhythmic gymnastics she is 12 years and suddenly had shrapnel pain in feet could be from traning. When we did MRI it showed that there is edema on bone. The feet bone has water and inflammation. Now I am advice to do PRP and traumeel injection. She is also doing magnetic therapy and lazer. Would you recommend to do the plasma injection and the traumeel injection or just one thank you

This is an amazing video for anyone suffering from foot pain. I had been suffering from foot pain for over 30 years. Mornings were the worst and I was literally crawling some days due to pain. I was prescribed orthotics and wore then for almost 25 years and even then I had foot pain especially after first thing in the morning. I used to wear orthotics even in the house and did not know a life without and thought that I had to wear them for the rest of my life and suffer with foot pain. When Dr. Sonam told me to try to walk barefoot and also not to wear orthotics I had nothing much to lose. So i followed her advice and initially it was painful getting adjusted to new ways of walking but over the course of 3 to 4 months my pain got better and then I noticed I was actually walking without pain. This was about 5 years ago and has been life changing for me. I no longer have foot pain and this was life changing for me. I have told countless people about this and they have tried these recommendations and have see a difference. Thank you Dr. Sonam!!!

Im always barefoot, explains why i have such wide feet. Only odd thing about my feet/walk is i walk on my toes, is that unhealthy?

Usually, when you walk, barefoot, you move from heel to toe strike. In some cases, if the ground is very sharp with lots of pebbles etc, people do tend to walk on their tiptoes. But usually we expect you to walk with a heel to toe strike.
