Falsa Sharbat Recipe / Refreshing Summer Drink
There is nothing better than a glass of sharbat(juice) in this season of heat and sun. The best thing would be, if this sharbat is made from Phalse (grewis asiatica).
Grewia asiatica, commonly known as phalsa or falsa,is a species of flowering plant in the mallow family Malvaceae. It was first found in Varanasi, India, and was taken by Buddhist scholars to other Asian countries including Pakistan and the rest of the world.
Phalse is a small fruit with high nutritious value .These are normally eaten with salt, but sharbat made from it has their own yummy and Refreshing factor.

Shan seekh Kabab masala has meat tenderizer ( papaya powder ) it makes the Kabab very soft and not firm to stay on the skewer, Try without Shan masala
As you can see in the video, kebaab stay on the skewer but it’s optional you can make it without Shan masala😊
How to stop mixture following off the seekh?
you have to mix and knead everything well
Can mixture be made night before?
You can prepare everything a day in advance and mix and knead everything well 1 to 2 hours before BBQ so that the kebaab of seekh doesn't fall apart

Nettes Video, nur sollte man beachten, dass man nur einen Edelstahlschlauch bis max. 2m Länge im Haus verwenden darf. Beim Gummi Schlauch sind nur max. 40cm erlaubt. Ich habe deswegen auch einen aus Edelstahlgeflecht gekauft.
