When i was on the Air Force at March AirForce base we had a v16 cat twin turbo .it was a generator that powered a 5 story hospatal .

Steam power is so much more interesting than diesel electric.

0:10 Steve, had you stated the milepost that's marked on the signal box you walked by anyone with a WC/SOO/CN track chart of the Neenah Subdivision could tell you if that crossing was in Oshkosh. I've been chasing trains in that area and I'm positive that crossing with the stars at the base of the signal tower is in the Town of Black Wolf, and the road is East Black Wolf Ave. It's an odd signal setup, the only one I know of on the Neenah Subdivision.

We always have trains going by the yard all the time. Where Jesse and his late Aunt Maggie lived at tie trailer park. Trains always went up there all the time. I asked them how u guy's manage to sleep. And they said ear plugs and the trailer was isolated dam good that u couldn't hear Maggie or Jesse blasting music.

Well it's a railroad, you kind of expect trains to keep coming on a railroad, what they do. Kind of tough for them to be coming down the road.

We see those all the time in DFW area. Figured you would be taking a bike ride. We did earlier today near the campground and we are having a good memorial weekend. I customized a loading area behind the 5th wheel camper and it's easy to load and unload my motorcycle and Jessie's.

'Panel track" is short sections of track with rails and ties already attached, used temporarily to provide a way to move railroad equipment that has no permanent rail connections. Easily moved by truck. Kinda looks like model train track sections.

These cars are the same colors as CTA'S GREEN HORNETS. Most of the time the gongs are used and only in emergencies would the horns be used.

9:09 you can hear where the engineer goes to idle with brakes set and the train almost stops. It’s because the crew said they were getting off in two cars. Then the engine revs and the train takes off once they’re on the ground. We were clearing a crossover so we could come back out on the main.
