I use this method, sort of. I started with the clips but they aren’t needed….and some stalks grow to thick for the clips. I just wrap the string around the stem as it grows.

I have been told that you will be able to see horn worms at night when using a black light.

You can use a black light flashlight at night to spot horn worms. The white stripes glow via the black light.

How do you deal with vine borers and squash bugs?

Do you sell seeds for your determinate tomatoes?

I used a metal shower hook. This is my first year using the hook. I just clip the shower hook to piping, then hang hook on shower hook.

Can the sugar be replaced with stevia?

I made my own hooks using ceiling hanger wire, then have used the roller ones the past two seasons. I’m going back to the hooks like you showed and I made as they are easier to loop over a non-wire structure to tie off. Just wrap around a couple times and the length is set.

TY so much for your continuing good info. Love your videos! I, also, pick my tomatoes as blush breakers ... they ripen beautifully indoors. No damage from bugs, etc. I'm 86 now, have a great crop going this year, with pruning, ties, stakes in all your tips. I struggle with our HOT desert climate ... already heatwave 105 up. Mostly 90s until July. Backyard, in pots, shade cloth environment. Waiting for first blush. ❤

The plant stop's feeding the tomato once they blush,the plant literally seperats from the tomato,so the tomato will fall to the ground and rot there by the seeds inside the tomato will germinate,Jesus is Lord.

I have 24 red deuce planted in my garden ,,they are starting to bloom ,,I also tried the new better boy plus f1 this year ,,don’t know how they’ll do but the plants are uniform and beautiful

Have you ever tried the Jalafuego variety of jalapeños? I’m nowhere large scale like you, but they start early and are heavy producers all summer long.
