What would you suggest to improve clay soil?

Start incorporating more biomass, mulch, compost etc. This will give your microorganism something to cling to and it will help with aeration and drainage

Garden Tone 3-4-4 at planting and Chilean Nitrate 15-0-2 after the plant is established
