Your garden is the loveliest I've seen yet! I'm amazed each time particularly from the aerial views. Potatoes look great. Keep plugging away at the benefits of a plant based diet. I am not vegetarian but very heavy on veggies. I have yet to convince my husband, I make him eat fresh veggies from my garden and the farmers market every night though! Tonight is pesto pizza : no meat , hurray! Continue to inspire.

Hi I was wondering after I harvest them, how do I store them? Also do I have to cure them or can you eat them right away? Thank yoh

Potatoes should be stored in a dark environment at about 45 to 50°F. The relative humidity should be around 95% to prevent them from drying out. I store potatoes in an unheated corner of my basement it stays dark, cool, and performs just like a root cellar. You can certainly start eating your potatoes right away if you like.

@@PlantSmartLivingNOW awesome. Also what should I store them.in? A 5 gallon bucket with holes drilled for air flow or some type of cotton or burlap bag? Oh and can I take a potato I just harvested and pot it in another container of dirt and grow another harvest?

I am so happy I found this channel!! My family of five have been enjoying a plant-based diet for a couple of years, of many to come. We’ll be growing dark red Norland potatoes this year, our first year growing potatoes. I was searching the potatoes on Google, trying to find out the color of their blossoms? Thank you for sharing your garden on RUclips!
