Doing the list the opposite way are we? Or are you some born in mid 2000s kid who doesn't know better. Jamboree is the biggest snoozefest in the galaxy, it should at the bottom with Mario Party 4. Like they literally made a game just as slow as Mario Party 4 with just as uninteresting unimaginative maps. And that after the masterpiece superstars, wow.

Definitely an interesting take.......cant say I agree with most of the rankings, but everybody is going to have their own opinions. Was definitely surprising to see most of the GameCube MP games ranked so low, especially MP 4. I do however agree that MP 6 is the best out of the GameCube games. Personally I think MP6 is the best out of the whole MP series. Had the best maps, such an excellent soundtrack, the music was so memorable. The mini games were very well done, lots of variety and vsried difficulties. And the day/night mechanics put a fresh twist on the series. And I'm sorry, I may be in the minority but..... I wasn't blown away by MP3. Don't get me wrong, great game, but I felt MP2 was way better. One thing that bugs me about MP3 is, they dont show you the controls before starting a minigame, which is a huge oversight IMO. Pretty much have to practice each one to figure out the controls. Really wastes a ton of time, should have put the controls on the screen before the minigame starts.

You’re spot on about MP4. I’m honestly fine with luck based boards, I think King Boos haunted hideaway and Neon Heights are awesome but the problem with Mario party 4’s boards is that you are constantly trapped in infinite loops and constantly having to dodge the worst happening spaces in the series which makes even reaching a star feel impossible. What makes this so much worse is that you are disincentivized from using movement items because you can’t collect the star or interact with any board events. In every other Mario party there is no penalty to using movement items and they are an extremely satisfying and helpful way to traverse the board. Except here. This game is godawful to the core. I know MP5 gets criticism for its capsule system but honestly this was such a massive improvement from 4 I can’t even put it into words. Being able to actually reach the star brought me tears of joy.

Horror land is the best, the across map shortcuts and item shops help you chase the star, king boo can give you a three star power swing!!

Happy holidays, everyone! This is a video I've had in mind since November last year, so I think it's about time I finally got around to doing it! Hope this will be a fun little gift from to me to everyone! A few things to address: Some of the camera footage unfortunately doesn't line up with the gameplay... and I'm not sure why. I tried to fix it numerous times, but while it looks and sounds accurate in my editing program... it seems to go off-course when I render the footage... And I also accidentally inverted the camera footage for when I played Worlds 5-8, but hopefully it's not a deal-breaker!
