Definitely not a factory built truck. Crew cabs stopped in 85. Probably either a stretched 91 regular cab or it's a crew that has had a Cummins truck donor used to build it

They made tons of 5sp 4wd first gens. They never made a 4 door with a Cummins in any configuration tho. They are swapped all the time. But never were produced

I would just get a new or used engine bay harness off of ebay

Find you a 1 ton hood, they’ve got a raised lip on the front that goes all the way across from fender to fender to tell the difference, they’re thicker in the hinge area where they always bend, you’ll not have that problem if you can find one, I put 1 on my 80 K-5 blazer, and lube the hood hinges every now an then ,that lip is like where a bug guard would go across those trucks 👍🏼

Super rare truck. Appears to be decent mileage, 138K? Was the farmer a demolition derby enthusiast? Only thing that doesn't seem to be dented is the roof. That Cummins was purring.

If you ever have the problem of it not shutting off there is a switch on the underside of injection pump you can pull it down I believe lol my 94 does it randomly but 12vs are the best

Nice.. A K-5 on 44’s with a big block posied up on both ends is a very capable platform.. I built mine with an s-10 body on top and A dana-60/14bolt..it did Very well everywhere I took it,mud,sand,hill climb, trails,etc Won a lot of money with the old girl back in the 90’s..That bolt found in the pan looks to be one of the three bolts that hold the timing gear on to the cam.. Lots of treasures found in that pan.lol Good work guys! Send it!

Wonder if the axels and rears are full of water too. I had that same truck in the 90’s. Loved it, and never put the top on.
