Cant stand purists from either side. Theres always an older more primitive weapon. Compounds of today will be relics tomorrow. When trad archery was the top projectile im sure spear throwers looked down on archers, swordsmen on spear throwers, pugilists on weapons masters, etc. All weapons are cool.

Compound bows are basically archery at EASY difficulty 😊

I hold them in my bow hand with the arrows pointing down. You don't have as many steps that way. I mean it's only 1 step, but it makes a difference. Love your videos brother

add this to the list of things that never happened. Every shooter I know started with a basic bow as a kid.

I mean of course they're gonna check it out, you're shooting an odd weapon, I get the same thing taking a shotgun to a rifle range. It doesn't seem to belong so ppl are curious, even more so if you can be accurate

Thumb draw feels so natural, when you practice slight string twist and kathra, arrows fly where you are looking.

What bow are you using ?

Double check the length of the arrow, especially if it has a broadhead on it. If it is 27" and you draw a 30", things could get nasty.
