I just recently moved to a heavier bow and my shoulder has been bothering me. Not sure if it's poor posture or I need to strengthen my muscles. Perfect timing on the video. Thank you for everything you do for this community!

I'm 56 now. I'm shredded from the ground up. Every joint has been torn out and all but just a few bones have been broken. Including my neck, back, and skull, and of course jaw lol.
Only bones not broken are left scapula, femors, ulna, fibula, and humorous.
Lost count for nose being broken lol.
Yeah life was not pleasant to say the least and forced to fight or die.
When younger i competed with a compound but even tho i was decent...I DO NOT LIKE COMPOUND BOWS lol. So im now shooting again but this time im back to recurve and long bows. Been a long time since touching a bow again because of my shoulders.
I struggle everyday to shoot but I'll be damned if i let what happened to me steal my joy any longer. I love to shoot. It's my hiding place,.. my peace.
You've been a great help and encouragement for me and i appreciate you taking time to make us better.
Thank you so much for your help. You are a good teacher
