Awesome! This is similar to what i've been working on the last few weeks at least. I'm trying to find a medium between Korean style shooting and speed shooting. I want to get into the same posture without going through all of the same preshot movements (when shooting at a faster pace). However, it seems like if I hold too long, then I second-guess myself.

Adjust your speed depending on distance is usually a good call. You may find your cadence to be a few shots with quick holds and then a third shot w/ a longer hold because you're shooting further way.
Mix your cadence up when you're training. Just remember fast is fine but accuracy is final 🤘
